How to use it
- Weeks one and two: micellar water on a cotton pad, ceramide cream, and the balm at night. Nothing else.
- Do not exfoliate, do not add an active, do not "push through" a stinging product. Two weeks off is the treatment.
- From week three, reintroduce one product at a time, four days apart, starting with hydration before any active.
